Hampton Inn & Suites Springfield

Our room was quite possibly the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in-and I’ve stayed in many hotels. Everything was in very good condition, everything worked, I was very happy with my experience. The breakfast was outstanding, and the breakfast and dining area was clean, roomy, and nice.

The friendlyness of the staff was refreshing. Everyone had a smile on their face and was ready to help. The breakfast was also great and tasty.

Sparkling clean! Friendly staff. Even the other lodgers were friendly. haha! Beds were super comfortable. The free lotions, shampoo, etc were nicer quality. For being a family-friendly spot, our room felt very private -- little to no noise from neighbors. Great breakfast options, including fresh-made waffles! The kids were very excited about that. :D Easy highway access. Their Covid safety measures were appropriate -- signage encouraging mask use and distancing, thorough room cleanings, etc -- but didn't crossover into the "you just entered a Hazmat zone" vibe that some places give off. Thoroughly enjoyed our brief visit!

Excellent desk staff I would hire them for my business professional and personable young man that assisted us was helpful answering questions about restaurant and local directions.Beds very comfortable facility very clean.
